ML painting did a great job!
The painting looks great and the crew was very professional. They even went the extra mile by asking me if I would like the bulb replaced in my chandler since they had a tall ladder out. Now that’s service!

ML Quality Painting did an epoxy garage floor for us.
The floor turned out great and they did everything that they said they were going to do. They did a good job, they were there on time, got it completed on time, and the floor looks awesome.

5 star Great work with top of the line products!

ML did a great job for us. We had another painter start the job and then disappear, then I did a bunch of prep work and did not want to tackle the actual application of the epoxy. I wanted to use the same epoxy that had previously been used for a portion of the floor. It was not a product that ML normally uses but Matt agreed to use it for this project. They gave us a fair price and were able to work us into their busy schedule. I would definitely recommend ML for epoxy. Epoxy is challenging to apply properly and many painters do not want to deal with it. The product we were using is a commercial product with fast cure times so it requires experience. The cost listed below was for labor to apply two coats of epoxy and one coat of clear over a reasonably large area. The price seemed very fair based on the research I had done. I would definitely use ML again.

Great work!

We recently built a new home and unfortunately hired the wrong paint contractor. After months of aggravation we finally told him that we would finish the job ourselves, however it was so bad that we really needed a professional to help us.

The original painter didn’t fill in 90% of the nail holes, had streaky paint on the trim and doors, wall paint on the trim and ceiling, trim paint on the floor. All I can say is it was a mess.

When our electrician did his final walk through we asked him if he knew of any good painters and he recommended ML Quality Painting. I called Matt Lathrop on a Saturday and he was there on Sunday to look at the job. He gave us a very fair price, I wish we would have known about him when we started our project.

Matt was very professional and did an AWESOME job for us. He took every door off the hinges, removed the hardware, sanded and sprayed them. He also removed all the ceiling fans and light fixtures to give us the best paint job possible. He covered every inch of our floor to protect the new tile and carpet, he covered everything in the kitchen and bathrooms with plastic.

I would highly recommend ML Quality Painting! Our walls look great and we can’t wait to get moved in. Thank you Matt!
